and create spaces that inspire joy and comfort.

Our Story
Fabulous Finds Design Studio was created to solve a problem seen over and over again in real homes: people were living with “almost right” rooms and decision fatigue, not a lack of effort or care. Instead of chasing trends or gut renovations, Fabulous Finds was built as a calm, shopping-led studio that makes fewer, better decisions on behalf of busy clients, so their spaces finally support real life. The Room Reset service focuses on one room at a time, blending thoughtful intake, a clear design direction, and tightly edited sourcing to create spaces that feel finished without chaos or construction.
Behind the studio is a founder with deep experience in high-volume curation and styling, paired with an operations lead who excels at logistics, project management, and follow-through. Together, they designed Fabulous Finds to operate thoughtfully and sustainably: low-overhead, execution-focused, and grounded in values like restraint, trust, and long-term livability. Serving Frederick, Maryland and the surrounding area, the studio’s mission is to help clients feel better in their homes and lives by turning overwhelming rooms into calm, functional, and beautiful spaces—handled start to finish.

Michael Cleveland
Michael is the Operating Partner at Fabulous Finds, turning Sara’s creative direction into real, finished rooms by managing sourcing, ordering, deliveries, and on-site installation with calm, detail-focused follow-through. His background in event project management, logistics, and client experience means timelines stay on track, projects are coordinated smoothly, and clients can truly hand things off and come home to a complete, livable space without managing the process themselves

The Room Reset
Design Clarity Session
For the DIYer who just needs a clear plan and permission to trust their own taste. A Clarity Session is a focused, judgment‑free design consult—created to cut through decision fatigue and give you a confident direction for your space. No vague advice. No “it depends.” No fifty more mood boards. Just specific, right‑sized recommendations you can act on immediately.
Pricing
Our pricing is simple, transparent, and designed to respect both your time and your budget.
Clear, flat fees
We use straightforward flat fees instead of open‑ended hourly billing. You’ll always know the cost before you say yes, and exactly what’s included.
-
Clarity Sessions are a one‑time investment for a focused working consult, clear recommendations, and a written recap you can act on right away.
-
Room Resets are priced as a flat design and implementation fee for one room, with a defined scope from first conversation to finished space
You control what you spend on furnishings
Our fees cover vision, decisions, sourcing, and styling—not furniture or décor.
-
You approve every purchase, so you stay in control of your total spend.
-
We design to an agreed‑upon budget and prioritize where to invest and where to save.
No surprise add‑ons
There are no hidden charges, surprise “extra hours,” or mystery line items.
-
If a project needs to expand beyond the original scope, we’ll talk about it first and agree on any changes together.
-
Otherwise, what you see in your proposal is exactly what you pay.
If you’d like a ballpark for your space, we can usually give you a range after a brief introductory call and a few photos of your room.
“Design isn't just what it looks like; it's how it feels.”
- Steve Jobs
